Instructions:

  1. Complete the attached registration form for each child 8 yrs old and older that you are registering for camp
  2. Children 4-7 years old must register for pony camp
  3. Click on "submit form" at the bottom of the page
  4. Then print the completed registration form
  5. Mail the form and $25 deposit/day camp $100 deposit/Overnight camp to:

You can save time by filling out a medical release form and a rider release form then bring them with your camp balance to camp the first day. (Forms are also available at the farm)

Remember if you want a camp t-shirt to add $10.00 and your child's shirt size with your camp deposit. Camp shirts are ordered before camp starts so you will get the size you order. No exceptions.

If you DO NOT want any images or videos of your child to appear in any of Crossroads stable LLC advertising or on their website then you must state this in the comment box. By NOT stating this you are authorizing Crossroads Stable to use images or videos of your child in any future advertising or website publications.
